After a career in finance, I found myself pursuing a profession that would give me a deeper purpose. I chose therapy because I have come to learn that a tremendous amount of people feel alone, left out, unheard, irrelevant, tired, sad, anxious, and fearful. Everyone needs someone to listen to them and remind them they have value.

Being listened to in therapy is a medicine in itself. When a person is truly listened to, new neural pathways begin to form in the brain and functioning ensues in all areas of life. In addition to listening, I engage with clients through dialogue, questioning, and challenging irrational beliefs.
